Pros
I used to do biannual performance reviews in Excel, capturing and analyzing everything manually which was time consuming. With this platform, the process has better user acceptance, works with KPIs and 360 surveys and provides clear ratings. I like that the training module is easy to set up, the records are simple to capture and the platform is very stable.
Cons
Before using this tool, I think it's important that users already understand KPIs, feedback and rating scales, otherwise it can be tricky. Once that's in place, the platform is relatively easy to roll out. I noticed that there are a few minor design bugs but the support team is responsive and resolves issues quickly.

This tool is very handy because I can upload and capture all staff information and pulling reports of any type is quick and accessible.
Cons
Specifically I want to mention that I find it frustrating that inactive employees still appear in employee administration. Their information should be stored but they should only show up if their profile is pulled, while the admin view should display only active employees.
