All in one solution that could use a few adjustments

Pros

It is honestly a really solid and well rounded tool. Not every feature is 100% polished yet but you can tell there's a lot happening behind the scenes. The ongoing updates and constant improvements were obvious to us when we decided to go with Jacando. We felt confident that they're actively working on making the platform even better.

Cons

Some parts of the software aren't very simple and I find a few functions difficult to use every day. That said, I can still access and use everything the tool offers and it just takes a bit of getting used to in some areas.

Clean & reliable for time tracking at small companies

Pros

I've been using it's time tracking tool and I'm honestly impressed. The layout is really clean and easy to get around. It's user friendly which makes keeping track of my hours actually enjoyable. I can log my time, request vacation and adjust my schedule, all in just a few clicks. It's made my workday way less stressful and saved me a lot of time.

Cons

I had a few complaints in the past but since the latest update, those problems are gone. It's a noticeable improvement and I like that they took the feedback seriously.

Worthy tool

Pros

We've been using it for our hiring needs and I gotta say, we're super happy with it. It's really simple and easy to use even our managers, who aren't always the most tech-savvy, got the hang of it quickly. It just makes the whole recruiting process a lot smoother.

Cons

I'm not a fan of how the ads are formatted. They just don't look that great or stand out enough to catch attention. It kind of takes away from the impact they could have.

Keeps us on track and organized

Pros

I have been using Jacando's HR software to manage time tracking in our small team since 2017 and honestly, it's been a great experience. The interface is user-friendly and simple which made getting it set up easy. One thing I really like is how accurate the time tracking is and it saves us time and helps us bill correctly. The automatic reports are a huge bonus too, cutting down on all the usual paperwork. It's been reliable, no crashes or issues and whenever we've had a question, customer support got back to us fast and actually helped. Plus they keep the software updated regularly, so it always feels current.

Cons

We haven't run into any major problems. There are a few small things that aren't totally clear now and then but they don't really interfere with how things work. In general, I'd say it's nicely integrated into how we run things day to day and has held up really well.

Modern and flexible but lacks overview

Pros

We like Jacando for being a young, forward-thinking company that stays in tune with business needs. Their "Match" software embodies these qualities like dynamic, modern and flexible.

Cons

Many of our users feel there is a lack of an overview and find the softwares user-friendliness lacking. Also collaboration with external channels should be much faster than the current solution.

Pros

The software has managed our HR recruitment process. We always have a clear overview of applicants at different stages of the process. The implementation also helped improve communication with applicants across different departments.

Cons

The text editor had some bugs but it's been significantly improved recently. But the customer service teams response time is quite slow when issues arise.

Jacando helped us improve response times and reduce administrative work even with departments in multiple locations and our HR team working part-time.

Cons

There is nothing major to add but I feel like it would be great to have more editing features for job postings.

Powerful software with excellent support

Pros

Integrating the software was easy and the customer support was excellent during the setup. The features and functionality are solid too.

Cons
