Pros

This platform is really useful for headhunting because it gives me access to a large volume of resumes. The search filters are solid too... I can narrow candidates down by how recently they were actively applying, specific technical keywords and other relevant criteria. It has become a dependable way to manage applications in Quebec and the database feels mature and well built out.

Cons

Since the Indeed integration, the candidate pool has noticeably declined that has been disappointing. I also would not suggest it for roles outside Quebec because the number of applicants just is not enough to justify the expense. The pricing setup is frustrating, you cannot pay per posting and instead have to sign up for costly annual subscriptions that really only make sense if you are hiring heavily in Quebec.
