Pros
The service gives you two free job posts and I find it really quick and easy to use. It also publishes listings to major job boards so I don't have to enter everything more than once.
Cons
On my dashboard archived applicants sometimes still show up with the active candidates which is confusing. I feel like there should really be a separate archive section or maybe I just missed it?

Pros
Not only is the software easy to use but it also brings me the best candidates.
Cons
Sometimes candidates don't submit a clear CV which isn't the tool's fault really..

“automatically pushes to recruitment sites”
Pros
It is really easy to use and I appreciate that job openings are automatically pushed to recruitment sites. I also like the option to allocate ad budget for extra visibility.
Cons
So far I have not found any real drawbacks though I wish there were a simple way to share CVs with colleagues. For example a view-only link so people can see documents without needing to create an account.
