We used it to produce AI-generated job postings and honestly the results were pretty decent as it captured the tone and key details we needed. It also connects smoothly to Personio and Recruitee without any technical headaches which made integrating it into our workflow super smooth.
Cons
I am worried that JOIN has a bad reputation on Reddit due to fake job posts and I am concerned that might hurt our company's image.

Cons
I feel like I was misled by a company that was promoted on LinkedIn. It seems they don't check whether the jobs they post are trustworthy. I contacted Join about it and they said they take it seriously. Still I am very disappointed with how they handled it.

The application process is well organized and I can manage everything in one place which saves me a lot of time. Plus it is much simpler and easier to keep track of than LinkedIn or similar sites so posting to LinkedIn Jobs through it works better.
Cons
It is frustrating that with free job posts, I don't get a direct link to the listings the software creates. That makes it hard to know exactly where my job has been posted. I am not sure how big a deal that really is.
