Our customer success team especially Mayur... really sets the bar high for client work. The rest of the team has been super helpful, communicative and always looking for solutions. I also really enjoy using the dashboard to break down our CPAs by region and job type. Since we have so many locations and LOBs, it's been a real lifesaver.
Cons
It's not really a dislike but sometimes we are told that it can help in certain areas, only to find out it might not be possible. I think it would help if they were a little more upfront and realistic about what it can actually handle especially when it comes to additional build-outs or integrations.

there's honestly nothing I dislike about it. I'd say we are moving in the right direction with getting processes and workflows set up to make things easier. team has been fantastic in helping navigate briefs and proposals especially since I handle our global RPO clients.

the data for the programmatic job boards is not as innovative as we were promised and it doesn't feel that different from Appcast. However we do have more control over which publishers we run and how they perform.
