Amazing integrations

Pros

Their customer support has been outstanding and the platform offers strong capabilities backed by solid integration expertise.

Cons

The technology and services have been excellent overall so I really don't have any complaints. My only wish is that dashboard access didn't come with an extra fee.

simple ux and great support

Pros

The team is super helpful and efficient! I love how easy it is to use the products, the user experience is super friendly and I never get lost.

Cons

A friendly UX

Pros

Team has been incredibly supportive and quick to help whenever needed. The product's UX is very user-friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

I've only been using these tools for a short time so I haven't come across any real issues yet.

very helpful team

Pros

Our customer success team especially Mayur... really sets the bar high for client work. The rest of the team has been super helpful, communicative and always looking for solutions. I also really enjoy using the dashboard to break down our CPAs by region and job type. Since we have so many locations and LOBs, it's been a real lifesaver.

Cons

It's not really a dislike but sometimes we are told that it can help in certain areas, only to find out it might not be possible. I think it would help if they were a little more upfront and realistic about what it can actually handle especially when it comes to additional build-outs or integrations.

Fantastic team & smooth partnership

Pros

Working with the team has been fantastic. they are super knowledgeable, always ready to help and genuinely friendly in every single interaction. We have built a strong partnership and my experience with them so far has been incredibly positive. They always bring valuable insights and are great at collaborating. Big shoutout to Agnish, Nitin, Dhirendra, Adnan, Brendan Macomber and Jen Smith ...they are all amazing!

Cons

there's honestly nothing I dislike about it. I'd say we are moving in the right direction with getting processes and workflows set up to make things easier. team has been fantastic in helping navigate briefs and proposals especially since I handle our global RPO clients.

easy analytics with a bit of challenge

Pros

Customer Success team feels like true partners. The usability of Unified Analytics is pretty easy to get the hang of and I love that I can manage campaigns based on defined goals, targets and business rules.

Cons

Managing the "world clock" for feedback from COEs and SMEs (like engineering) can be challenging.

Attentive support but lacks innovation

Pros

My rep, Busha Nishat, is incredibly attentive and does her best to help me every time.

Cons

the data for the programmatic job boards is not as innovative as we were promised and it doesn't feel that different from Appcast. However we do have more control over which publishers we run and how they perform.

amazing crm and top-notch support

Pros

I use this tool for their CRM platform and its been great. The advanced filtering system is so easy to use and it helps me sift through all my candidates. The user friendly UI makes it easy to send out targeted marketing campaigns to the right people. Overall... it's an awesome platform.

Smooth onboarding with room to grow

Pros

Joveo's broad publisher mix means they can deliver a high volume of applications efficiently. The onboarding process was smooth and the customer success team has been top-notch so far.

Cons

It took me a little while to get comfortable with analytics dashboard.

Reliable, flexible and supportive partner

Pros

What I really love aboutit is their reliability. the response times are quick and their support is always there when we face challenges. they are always looking for technical solutions and offering extensive help even when we don't have the expertise in certain areas. Plus our contact person is always present, attentive and solution-oriented. I also appreciate how open and smooth they are to work with. Despite the complexity and growing needs, it has the size and flexibility to consistently support us.

Super supportive team but integration challenges

Pros

their team was super supportive, flexible and communicative during the onboarding process. I really appreciated how they worked alongside our team to make sure their products worked for us.

Cons

We were not able to fully integrate it into our systems which made it hard to measure ROI.

collaborative and easy to use

Pros

I appreciate Joveo's collaborative, partnership-based approach. their team is super supportive and responsive, always willing to put in the time and effort needed to resolve issues or walk us through questions. Their platforms are interactive, easy to use and integrate easily with others.

Cons

Being new to recruitment software, it takes some time to get the hang of both the field and the platforms.. But this tool has been an amazing support, helping me get comfortable and understand everything.
