Working with dual monitors can be tricky. I keep accidentally moving documents around when I'm just trying to scroll. I'm still getting used to the setup, so this might just be me learning the ropes.

Customer service team has been amazing during the three years I've been using this platform. Whenever I run into configuration issues, they're always there to help and walk me through solutions. Their knowledge and patience with questions really stand out.

Cons

The constant system updates can get a bit much and sometimes they mess with the look of the website which throws me off.
