“simple to learn with excellent support

Pros

The tool is easy to get the hang of especially with the excellent support service that quickly responds to any requests. Plus all the information is interconnected which makes it much easier for us to process data as soon as it's entered.

Cons

Sometimes the tool requires a lot of steps and having to open multiple windows to switch between different views can be a bit tedious. However the latest update has improved on some of these issues.

Pros

I really like staying on top of collections. With the advanced payment tracking features, we can see the status of our invoices in real-time. Additionally the automation of document generation saves us time and frees us from the heavy administrative burden of our regulated profession (CGP).

Cons

In the future we would like to integrate the HR solution into our firm.
