Cons

“boosting HR efficiency and productivity”
Pros
It handles all our employee data, personal details, contact info, job roles and compensation. Everything is so well organized. The payroll automation is a huge time-saver since it handles taxes and deductions automatically, then generates paychecks or sets up direct deposits without any issue. The benefits management feature is great too and employees can enroll themselves and track their benefits, which takes a lot of work off our shoulders.
Cons
The price tag is high, particularly for smaller companies that don't have huge budgets. Getting everything set up and tailored to our specific needs was way more complicated than I expected & took forever and cost a fortune to customize properly.

Pros
I love that I can choose my own vacation days and upload all the necessary HR documents myself without needing to talk to anyone.
Cons
I've not run into any real issues yet, though I'm still pretty new to using this. No bugs or annoying features so far and the interface looks polished and everything connects smoothly.
