Pros
Honestly, most features just make sense right away, they're super intuitive. I especially love how painless it is to keep the database up to date and share meaningful interview feedback. It all just flows without any friction
Cons
Once a resume is uploaded, it can't be deleted or moved to another job description. Occasionally, I think the server can be slow which is frustrating.

Pros
It's very user-friendly and I enjoy how flexible it is. Generating reports from different fields is simple and I can handle multiple tasks without trouble.
Cons
For each function, I have to create a separate tab to improve speed. A drop-down option could make this process much easier.

“easy to operate and learn
Pros
Operating this software is easy and all the functions are understandable. Nothing feels complicated and I like that it doesn't take much time to learn.
Cons
Sometimes getting valid resumes can be difficult for me and more applications are often needed. Also, when navigating back to a page, it doesn't always return to the same spot which slows things down.

“Quick resume handling and dashboard
Pros
What I like most is how quick it is to use. Dropping and picking up resumes takes very little time, the dashboard is clear and I can track our pipeline and joined candidates easily. Active mandates are simple to manage, I can move them to hold or closed status and reactivate whenever needed. Adding job requirements and followers is also effortless.
Cons
There are very limited options to change candidate status. For example, if a candidate moves to a second interview round, I can't update their status directly and have to leave a note instead. Shortlist status isn't available either which makes tracking candidates harder.

“convenient single-window workflow
Pros
I find it convenient that I don't have to open multiple windows for different stages. Both consultancy and corporate teams can use it and the multiple reports help boost recruiter productivity. Sending video job descriptions to candidates makes engagement much better too.
Cons
The rollout for new features could be faster, though otherwise I haven't noticed major issues.

Automation has been a huge help. It reduces the recruitment timeline, alignss processes, helps with candidate screening, individual engagement, collaborative recruitment, analytics and even employee branding.
Cons
Relying too much on specific keywords can be limiting in my opinion and it sometimes misses the nuance of human judgment.
