Pros

It is really nice and easy to use for keeping track of my team. It's been super helpful in monitoring our team's attendance, performance and work progress. Everything is laid out clearly making it simple to get the job done without any problem. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an easy-to-use solution.

Cons

The main headache for me has been the delay in getting my payslip and issues with the automatic login..it just doesn't work smoothly sometimes.

Interface is incredibly user friendly and the setup is simple which is a big plus. I have never had any trouble going through the system. It's perfect for anyone who is not very tech-savvy, as it does not require much technical know-how. Overall it's a solid....no-fuss platform.

Cons

Honestly the updates are way too frequent. They keep messing with the data and nobody ever bothers to tell us what changed or why.

My experience with this portal has been amazing. It made handling everything related to HR so much easier from storing employee information to keeping track of their details. I can quickly check attendance, payslips and even recruitment details without any trouble. It's been a huge help and I have even recommended it to my associates because of how useful it's been for our business.

Cons

Only real problem I have is that if I am inactive on the site for a bit or I close the tab, it kicks me out and makes me log in all over again. Other than that it's been smooth sailing.

It's a great tool to have everything in one place but I feel like a few sections still need some work and improvement.

This is fantastic for managing all HR-related tasks. Whether it's employee ITRs, leaves, payroll, attendance or profile management, it has everything covered. Plus the expense management feature is really impressive, it's the best I have come across. Its saved me so much time and I can confidently say it's made our HR processes much more aligned and effective.

It acts up sometimes. There have been moments when I just could not use the app to apply for leave.

It glitches on me occasionally. Like sometimes the app just won't let me apply for leave.

Pros

My onboarding experience was smooth and the customer support has been amazing. They were super helpful with getting everything set up and made sure I knew how to track employee data, files, attendance, payslips and more. The leave management system is also really easy to use and helps keep everything organized. It's definitely made managing HR much simpler for us.

Cons

The one thing I think really needs looking into is the automatic logout. If I am inactive for a bit or close the website I have to log in from scratch every single time. No other problems on my end though.
