Cons
They focused on flashy tools (AI scoring, chat-like reports) but I think the core mechanics are still prone to glitches.

“Approachable ui with smart ai scoring
Pros
It feels very approachable and simple to roll out, without overwhelming users. The UI is clear and it offers a range of modern tools that speed up hiring. The standout is the AI scoring model which highlights top-quality candidates that match business needs. Their customer support has been proactive and helped with every issue we've had so far.
Cons
No way to involve internal employees in referral campaigns on this tool. I think adding users to interview panels for the hiring team and matching them to roles isn't optimised yet. There aren't customization options for creating a dynamic careers page.

“User-Friendly Tool but Reporting Need Improvement
Pros
We really like interface and how it simplifies recruiting for both our team and candidates. It's our daily go-to recruitment tool and easily one of the best platforms we've used so far. On top of that, there's a dedicated support desk for any queries or problems. The support crew respond fast and I'm pleased with how quickly they resolve our issues!
Cons
Reporting isn't great and some features could use improvement. For example, when a candidate completes an assessment and you advance them, the file becomes inaccessible unless you roll the process back. It feels like a few features weren't fully thought through. Having all attachments stored together would be useful. There's also no job posting integration with Indeed or JobStreet yet, though I think they're working on it.

“AI scoring and exceptional support
Pros
It has a lot going for it. It's an AI-powered ATS that seriously improves recruiting, mixing helpful automation with a clean design so hiring feels quicker, simpler and more accurate. AI Notetaker + Conversational Insights, This capability is a total lifesaver. It's conversational AI can pull answers about an interview, even referencing details outside my formal scorecard. It's super handy when I need to remember a specific comment a candidate made and reference it correctly in follow-ups. AI Candidate Scoring The customization here is fantastic. You can pick the exact traits you care about, rank them and produce tailored scores for each applicant. The scoring feels reliable and makes sifting through applications much faster. When time's tight, it's easy to spot and prioritize the best fits first. Effortless Pipeline Management The pipeline UI is tidy, simple and snappy. Moving candidates between stages is smooth and the overall experience makes running recruiting workflows actually pleasant. Exceptional Support! The team really raises the bar for support. They're reachable on Slack, fast to respond and welcome feedback. I've suggested product tweaks and flagged small issues, sometimes they pushed updates the same day. Their helpfulness and speed are impressive and I hope that continues.
Cons
It is still a fairly new product, so there are some rough edges typical of early-stage tools. The good news is their team listens and acts on feedback which makes these growing pains easier to handle. Product Feedback I've suggested a few enhancements, like being able to add comments to individual competency ratings on scorecards. Not critical problems, just small tweaks that would improve the experience. Occasional Bugs & Early Glitches As with any fresh product, we've hit a few bugs. One quirk, if you use AI to populate notes, do it before typing manually, since it can overwrite typed notes. The team knows about this and is fixing it. We also ran into a bigger snag caused by a Zoom permissions change on our side (not Kula) that temporarily stopped me from scheduling hiring manager interviews. For a short while I had to send invites manually and take notes outside the app. Support team tracked down the root cause, communicated clearly and had it fixed within a day, which really shows how responsive they are. Bottom line, if you're open to adopting a newer, high-tech tool, you may see a few bumps but the innovation, responsiveness and usability more than make up for them and the support team makes issues feel manageable.

“Effortless for outreach
Pros
This tool's really taken the grunt work out of our hiring process. It handles repetitive outreach so I can spend more time talking to strong prospects. The AI scoring is super helpful, it lets me spot candidates who are more likely to reply or be a good fit much faster. Setup was easy without much effort and the interface is clean, simple and pleasant to use.
Cons
I would really appreciate more third-party integrations, along with greater flexibility in reporting options and job board connections.

Pros
It is now a core tool in our everyday hiring work. We count on it to keep candidate queues organized and to automate outreach which has smoothed out our processes. The app packs strong capabilities for sourcing, analytics and connects well with other systems and its AI-driven note taker really helps when filling in feedback.
Cons
Most of our requirements are met but I think more sophisticated reporting and extra customization would make things better. The steps for approving offers are clunky and need work.

“easy sourcing & smooth outreach
Pros
Using it makes sourcing and outreach feel effortless to me. Candidate matching is great, Flows are easy to tweak and the UI stays neat. Setup was quick and the ATS connection worked without issues.
Cons
Nothing obvious to report at this time. As early customers, we've already watched them iterate on the UI and add new features.

“Simple ATS with fast implementation
Pros
Features are excellent and it's been one of the most simple ATS platforms we've used. The implementation moved along quickly and the migration from our previous system was surprisingly smooth. Integrations with daily tools work well, cutting manual work and making it easy to set up pipelines for future roles. Customer support is very responsive, we've consistently gotten speedy replies and practical solutions whenever any issue came up.
Cons
A couple of features would be useful for us, like include interview panels on job listings so the interview team can be set up earlier, notify employees about the status of their referrals by emailing them when referrals are rejected or move to later stages.

Pros
What's most impressive about this tool is the AI-powered video recording and interview transcripts, they work really well. I really like that Kanban layout is tidy. Workflows feel aligned. The interface is easy and simple to navigate. Their customer support is responsive and available.
Cons
The offer process feels clunky to me. The platform has some bugs that interfere. At times notes fail to appear. It often won't connect.

Hands down one of the top ATS products available today. For my team it's genuinely a game-changer and amplifies recruiting efforts. Love the LinkedIn-to-Kula scraping and the way profiles can be saved straight into projects, the drip-style campaigns via flows and that most settings are tweakable. The interface gives quick snapshot-style views that are easy to digest. You can tell a seasoned recruiter was involved in building this. Picked it up fast, learned the ropes within a day. Email enrichment has been incredibly accurate!
Cons
I would like more granular options for small things, for example the ability to add subcategories for saved profiles like 'Future Follow Ups' inside project folders. Also, the dropdown menu jumps to the last selected choice every time you save to a project which in practice speeds up harvesting profiles.

I find this tool's ATS really easy to get started with and its simple design means I can start using it quickly. Moving around the app feels smooth and handling candidates, pipelines and interviews is much faster and less stressful for me. The built-in automations save me time on repetitive tasks and sharing feedback with hiring managers is simple. I appreciate how it keeps the hiring process clear and collaborative, especially when things move fast.
Cons
The product is still early in its lifecycle, so many capabilities are being added and refined. The team is prioritizing rapid releases and frequent improvements. Credit to customer support from me, they've been excellent at making sure new functionality lands quickly.

We've found it excellent at simplifying our hiring workflow. The interface is clear and user-friendly, so getting it up and running was easy for our staff. Cons
While it has a great set of tools, there are spots where upgrades could make it more powerful. The current integration choices work but could be widened to link more smoothly with a larger variety of external apps. Also, richer reporting and analytics would help provide deeper visibility into referrals and hiring metrics. Adding these capabilities would improve the platform's usability and make it easier to scale over time

Its AI notes for technical conversations are super helpful, they give a clear recap including the candidate's intro, education, work history and a breakdown of how accurately and effectively they answered. The platform also does a great job reviewing resumes which speeds up deciding whom to move forward. It's easy, user-friendly and cuts down our time while making sure important details aren't overlooked. Favorite features are that AI notes that capture candidate intro, education, experience and answers, that saves time.
Cons
Dashboard needs more customization options to suit different team workflows. I think the AI recap would be better with added commentary on soft skills and communication style. Overall, it is strongly recommended for anyone running technical interviews and wanting to.
