Pros
This tool acts as a powerful all-in-one AI ATS. For me it's arguably the most feature-packed solution available. The interface is very simple, folks can log in and use it smoothly without help. The implementation and customer-success teams are extremely responsive and supportive.
Cons
We submitted a few small feature ideas to the team, like letting users change their notification preferences, other than that, there's nothing I can complain about. The software slotted into our daily workflow without any trouble.

The best thing I have noticed about this tool is its clean, easy-to-use interface that makes referring people feel hassle-free. It's super simple to submit referrals, monitor their progress and get updates all from one dashboard. The resume auto-parse is a huge time-saver too, pulling the right details and filling fields automatically. All in all, the tool is easy and effective at simplifying the referral workflow.
Cons
Not many negatives to report, one small improvement would be more granular notifications or clearer alerts when a referred candidate's status changes. Aside from that, I like that tool works smoothly and efficiently.

Super simple to use, very easy, good AI features and quick to act on feedback, I really love it!!
Cons
When searching for candidates the bar doesn't bring up your most recent searches, it would be really helpful to list people you've viewed before. Quite often typing a name pulls up lots of other profiles I haven't interacted with yet.

Pros
Setup was really simple and getting first roles live happened fast. The UI is clean and easy to use. It handles the entire hiring process so you rarely need extra software. Creating a job board and posting to LinkedIn is easy. There's a great collection of AI tools and I can pick which ones to apply and adjust them. Customer success and support respond quickly. Overall, it outperforms most other ATS options.
Cons
Mobile access needs improvement in my opinion (no dedicated app and mobile browser functionality is restricted).

They cut down on time, highlight top candidates sooner and make revisiting interview talks simple. The UI is sleek and contemporary. AI-powered analytics and workflow automation shrink the manual workload during initial hiring phases. Being able to rapidly screen applicants and centralize message histories boosts team collaboration and speeds up hiring decisions.
Cons
I can't yet transfer a candidate between job postings without creating a duplicate which makes keeping data tidy somewhat awkward in practice. The product also attempts to handle too many scenarios and that can add unnecessary complexity to workflows. If they aligned the processes and concentrated on the primary recruiting features, the overall experience would be much cleaner.

It's clear that it is designed to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate interaction, modern, user-friendly and attuned to actual hiring needs.
Cons
Being a newer platform, this tool can have the odd bug and small performance hiccups, for instance, some screens load slowly or some functions don't always sync perfectly. I really that team is quick to act on feedback and pushes out frequent updates to steady things up. This feels like a typical stage of development for a fast-growing ATS.

Scheduling calls, gathering feedback and seeing the whole pipeline are really easy for me.
Cons
When candidates get rejected at any step, I notice they all end up in the same rejected bucket, which makes it hard for me to see where rejections happened or understand the true conversion rate.

Great support and flexible feature options. The team responds quickly and rushes to implement particular tools recruiters request. Also I really appreciate the AI elements in the platform, they make it much faster to zero in on suitable candidates. The automation that handles interview scheduling is a real time-saver as well.
Cons
The UI/UX still needs improvements in my opinion. Opening several tabs is required just to view one candidate's profile/details which feels clunky.

Using this platform for almost a year has been a great experience for my team, the AI notetaker during interviews and candidate-scoring tools have freed up a ton of time and aligned hiring. The team behind it is excellent too, there are monthly check-ins with our account manager and consistently positive interactions across the company. They're very open to suggestions and often reach out proactively to see how the product can be improved.
Cons
Occasionally it's hard to pull the exact data we need from the reporting tool. The conversational reporting feature is neat but sometimes limits how flexibly we can set filters and report criteria. It would be helpful for my team if the job posting page offered.
