Pros

What I love most is how easy it is to clock in workers and it's super convenient from any device with geolocation which is perfect for remote work. It's also great for managing employee vacations. Before, we had to handle vacation requests by email and it was a mess. Now, employees request time off, it gets approved and everything is automatically recorded.

Cons

I've found there's a noticeable learning curve due to the number of features available. Some additional onboarding guidanc could help users get up to speed faster.
