Pros
Personally, I've found the interface incredibly user-friendly and simple. Their customer support has been prompt and genuinely helpful, resolving issues quickly. I appreciate that the platform brings together all the HR features I need in one place, which is perfect for smaller businesses just getting started.
Cons

“Simple time-off approvals
Pros
the app is easy to use, approving and requesting time off is simple, and I enjoy seeing the team's leave balances in a calendar layout. I can organize people into groups with different approval rights, and I love that it integrates with Slack so I can manage requests without leaving my chat.
Cons
I do run into occasional problems with the Slack integration where it fails to respond, and I wish there were a dedicated mobile app because access would be much easier on the go.

“slack integration simplifies tracking
Pros
From my perspective, the tool is really easy to use. Being linked to Slack gives me a single place to view everyone's vacation calendar and approve my team's time off.
Cons
there isn't a mobile app to get quicker access or be more reachable, and the Slack integration occasionally stops working.

“Easy reporting and oversight
Pros
I've noticed that our staff find it very easy to use. I get a clear overview and can produce useful management reports. It saves me and the team a lot of time, and support replies quickly and helpfully. I genuinely recommend it to both small and large businesses.
Cons
My sole small gripe is the calendar header isn't pinned, when I scroll down through an extended employee list it vanishes from view, making it harder to navigate.

“Clear calendar for planning
Pros
What I really appreciate is that it shows everyone's calendar. That lets me spot who is booked on which days, so I can plan my own time off around that. It's a simple way to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Cons
One problem I run into is that when I look at the calendar, the list of staff can get so long that the dates along the top of the page disappear from view. I think a simple solution would be to set a maximum number of rows per page and split the staff across multiple pages. That way, I would be able to see all the necessary information without having to scroll, making it much easier to use.

Pros
this has become an extremely helpful attendance management solution. I can quickly produce leave and attendance reports and no longer waste time using Excel to track hours. I easily review team attendance and approve leave requests via the app, which is perfect for small and medium businesses.
Cons
Honestly, I have no real complaints about this software, it has shown itself to be an excellent tool for tracking time and managing attendance. What occasionally frustrates me slightly is that it sometimes lags.

I genuinely find the best part of it is its single, unified solution for monitoring, handling, and approving time off. Both employees and managers navigate it without hassle.
Cons
However, we struggle with how easily the system can be scaled internationally, since our company operates across several countries, we want a consistent global workflow, but the vendor hasn't been able to roll it out in some locations, which frustrates me right now.

I've found this to be the best software for small and medium businesses. I can manage all HR responsibilities easily and export data directly into Excel. Tools like leave balances, calendars and absence reports genuinely simplify my work.
Cons

What I like most is that the leave board makes handling HR tasks like leave and absence management simple. I also find it handy for keeping employee records organized.
Cons
I can't really find much I dislike, only the controls and admin permission settings bother me a little but it's not a major issue.

Honestly, it has been a fantastic tool for me. Even with just the free version, I was impressed. I love that it automates leave handling and lets employees self-serve to register or apply for time off. I can centralize approvals by setting up a hierarchy for department heads and I appreciate that it's reasonably priced.
Cons
So far I haven't come across anything I dislike about it. From my experience it's easy and user-friendly and I haven't noticed any real drawbacks.

I enjoy how easy the dashboard is. I can invite teammates via Slack without fuss, configure leaves and add time off as needed. I also appreciate that public holidays and leave rules only need to be set up once, the system handles the rest smoothly.

“Smooth Slack integration
Pros
Managing and integrating it with Slack is easy for me. I also find it simple for team members to request time off and for managers to review and approve those requests. Overall, I've had a good experience. Being free for a small company like ours saves us A LOT.
Cons
I've found that adding back leave is impossible. I followed the guides but got no results when trying to accomplish this. When I contacted support they simply redirected me to the same guides that had already failed to help. Also, calendar syncing only works with the single email address used to sign up, so I can't sync to multiple calendars.
