“Easy navigation with strong features
Pros
Getting around this platform doesn't take me long at all. I can submit appraisals, goals and journals to my manager without too much fuss. Some parts of the layout can feel a little busy when I dive into advanced stuff but overall it works well for what I need. Setting it up wasn't too stressful either, especially for smaller teams like mine. The guides and onboarding help made things easier, though if your systems are complicated it might take a bit to get everything working. Their support team has always been quick to help me whenever I had questions. I end up using it pretty often during appraisal periods and hiring phases because it handles a lot of what HR needs. The platform comes with tons of features, from performance management to recruitment and onboarding and the analytics give me some good insights. Integrating it with other HR or payroll tools went okay and I especially like how the analytics pulls info together from different systems.
Cons
Integrations with niche or customized systems have required extra setup and technical help for me. Depending on how complex the existing systems are, getting everything configured initially can take a bit of time.

“All-in-one management
Pros
I get a lot done with this software since it has tons of tools for mobile access, tracking time, online timesheets and managing attendance. Everything I need is pretty much in one place.
Cons
Sometimes I've noticed that it has a steeper learning curve than other HR software. It took me a little while to fully understand all the features and the interface.

“smooth training & helpful support
Pros
Moving from training to actually using the software went really smooth for me. The training videos and manuals were easy to follow and the support team was super helpful whenever I ran into something tricky. Technical consultants gave clear steps too which made everything less stressful.
Cons
While I think ticket resolution could be faster, I've found the support team to be very responsive and willing to help. Everyone I worked with has been friendly, cooperative and genuinely eager to assist.

Pros
Honestly, I feel like this software gives me a lot for what I pay. Compared to other options I looked at, it's cheaper without missing the features I really need.
Cons
I feel the UI could be a bit easier to navigate and I'd love to see more detailed documentation for some of the features.

“Beginner-friendly and simple layout
Pros
Okay so... I find this software really easy for beginners. Editing videos and navigating through the tools doesn't make me feel lost. Even the layout is simple enough that I can figure things out without needing a tutorial every time.
Cons
The software itself is amazing, though I've had it crash a few times while using it. Some instructions are missing but overall it's a great tool, especially for beginners.

“organized platform
Pros
The platform's layout really works for me. I can find what I need quickly and it's organized enough that I don't get confused while switching between different tasks.
Cons
Everything has worked almost perfectly for me, except I had some trouble understanding the 9-box grid. Otherwise, it feels nearly perfect.

Pros
I loved that they added it to a kiosk for my team. It gives us flexibility and makes editing super powerful without being complicated.
Cons
Overall, I think the software is great. My only complaint is that it has crashed several times while I was using it.
