One aspect I appreciate is that employees have more autonomy in requesting time off, while supervisors play a more active role in reviewing and approving employee time cards.
Cons
Locating the specific reports we need is challenging, and the time card printing feature doesn't display the notes we add to the system.

LightWork has consolidated the functionality of four different programs into one, making it incredibly easy to train people on our timekeeping software.
Cons
I honestly can't find anything to dislike about the software. It has saved us valuable time, the training was a breeze, and the customer support has been excellent.
