Litespace really lives up to its promise of delivering a top-tier employee experience. They are always rolling out new and engaging features to boost involvement and simplify scheduling. Their analytics are also very useful for understanding team dynamics.
Cons
I would love to see more integrations added especially with tools like Outlook.

Pros
The office schedule recommendation tool is one of my favorite features as it encourages in-person meetups, which is not always easy with hybrid teams.
Cons
It does offer some customization but I like even more options to personalize our workspace. That said it's a small point and does not take away from the platforms overall value.

I was especially impressed with Litespace's corporate event planning tools. They make it easy to organize virtual or in-person events that strengthen connections and reinforce company culture.
Cons
Although it has lots of useful features for hybrid teams, it does not always integrate smoothly with other tools we rely on. That means we sometimes have to move info between platforms manually.

Pros
It helps me anticipate when I will get to see my teammates in person and plan my schedule around those days. The suggestions for optimal office days are really usefull too and having an overview of everyones status makes event planning much smoother.
Cons
The feature that suggests meet-ups with coworkers who share similar interests is still being developed so for now I use Slack to connect with new colleagues.

With smart calendar features, I can view and manage my teams in-office schedules effortlessly. Also it improves cross-team collaboration since we can see when other departments are in and plan meetings accordingly. The analytics give us solid insights into office usage, helping us optimize space based on real data.

Pros
This tool really tackles the biggest challenge I face in a hybrid setup and that is knowing when and why to go to the office. Plus it helps me plan ahead and answer that question easily. And the app's UI is fantastic which makes the whole experience even better.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that it does not integrate with apps like Google or Outlook, which would be really helpful.
