STart up was quite simple and rolling it out across the company was just as simple. The interface is user-friendly, it's easy to work with and it also feels very secure.
Cons
The downside is mainly the pricing or more specifically, the package structure that it offers.

“Complete HR tool
Pros
It is a very user-friendly and genuinely complete platform. Having worked with quite a few HRIS tools in previous companies, this is the one that feels the most adaptive to use. Navigation is clear and fluid and the design is simple, colorful and modern. Another real advantage is that it connects with other tools like Monday.com, Outlook or Signitic that makes transferring and updating information much easier. It's a very comprehensive solution with lots of modules that can be added depending on the company's needs. it offers very good value for money and the customer/commercial support team is attentive and available whenever needed that is something I really appreciate. New features and updates are also released regularly and that is a big plus.
Cons
Data readability is not always very clear and sometimes requires extra checking, especially during payroll periods. Because of that Excel is still necessary in some cases and not everything can be fully automated. The org chart view could also be improved and it would be useful to have a built-in chat within the platform to communicate directly with HR teams or even a bot with prewritten answers.
