“Transforming Middle East HR Operations

Pros

I really appreciate how smooth it makes handling HR paperwork and processes. The mobile app is fantastic for submitting leave requests and the interface feels friendly and everything flows naturally. From an admin perspective, getting the system up and running was very easy and customizing it to fit our needs didn't require much effort.

Cons

The only real issue I've encountered is the forced updates. When new versions roll out, we dont have a choice but to install them and sometimes these updates include features that conflict with our company policies or legal requirements. This means we end up having to create workarounds or customize things to make it work for us again.

Pros

Everything I need is right there, payslips, time off balances and vacation requests all in one spot.

Cons

The interface looks outdated at times.

I love how budget-friendly this software is while still being user-friendly across multiple functions.

Cons

Sometimes uploading courses can be tricky but that's really my only complaint.
