Powerful Recruiting Features with Some Limitations

Pros

This tool's one-stop solution gives me everything I need to attract, match, hire and manage suitable candidates. I can match candidates with a database of around 20 million profiles and post on 29 free and paid job boards. I also use it to make job postings more engaging and ensure candidates understand expectations. Posting on social networks helps me reach maximum coverage.

Cons

It is important to note that almost no service in the HR Software category is perfect for all company types, sizes and industries. I found it helpful to read several reviews first, as some solutions work well only for very specific industries or use cases. Others are easy and simple but may lack advanced features that experienced users want. I also noticed that more complex platforms cater to a broad user base, though they usually come at a higher cost. I made sure to define my requirements before selecting a service.

Novel Candidate Marketing Tool

Pros

Honestly I find it a novel and excellent marketing tool and I appreciate the informative emails that help me find qualified candidates efficiently.

Cons

Most candidates I received did not meet the job requirements or failed to complete tasks which wasted valuable time.

Interface Needs Work!!

Pros

I can either search for a resume or post a job and receive resumes from interested candidates rather than searching manually.

Cons

Honestly I feel the user interface isn't very appealing. Searching is based on job titles rather than boolean strings like other platforms offer.

Pros

Cons

Pros

After searching for an inexpensive ATS with essential features, I'm thrilled to have found this free tool. It offers nearly all the key functionalities of premium apps and I'm glad I discovered it after trialing many others.

Cons

Hosted widget doesn't match the appearance of the actual career page which I don't particularly like.

This all-in-one software helps me manage open job requisitions and applicants efficiently. The simple interface is user-friendly and the dashboard provides reports and graphs to track performance.

Cons

Free version is extremely limited. I could only post one job which couldn't appear on other job boards, so attracting candidates was difficult. The desktop version can be slow when uploading resumes or formatting job descriptions.
