“Unique Job Board Interface

What I like is that the job board interface shows resumes without contact information until I ask for it, similar to how Indeed does it.

Cons

The resume database seems small and I find the search engine challenging when using multiple keywords.

Customer service was frustrating for me. The software crashed repeatedly during searches and payment processing failed multiple times, with support offering no real solutions.

I found that the free ATS claim is misleading. Candidates cannot be imported, only saved from the paid resume database. It feels like a bait-and-switch which was frustrating.

Cons

I can't import my own candidate resumes into the system which feels like a missed opportunity for me to expand the database.

Despite that, this is a great software for a startup or small recruiting company. It serves well for me as an ATS and is affordable.

Cons

Sourcing can be difficult. I've found Boolean strings sometimes fail and the limited number of resumes uploaded restricts results.

I just started using this tool for the free trial and the system is extremely easy to use, offers lots of tracking options and best of all, it's free! For our small company, anything that helps us find employees at no cost is gold.

I always have a hard time getting to the help area. I believe there was a glitch with the system but I'm sure they are working on it. Other than that, I haven't had issues.

For free users, my job postings usually need approval which can take 24�48 hours.

My experience showed that the filters are not enough to get the right resumes and their billing system sometimes charged multiple times unexpectedly.

I purchased this for the resume database. When I tried to view resumes, I noticed my views were being charged multiple times instead of just once. After contacting support multiple times with proof, my account was removed without permission. I want others to know this platform can charge far more than expected, it felt fraudulent and unprofessional.

Nothing major bothers me. I think this is a good tool, though I wish they posted to more free boards.

For me, the publishing time is slow, sometimes over 48 hours and that delay makes it harder to fill urgent positions.

I also use it to make job postings more engaging and ensure candidates understand expectations. Posting on social networks helps me reach maximum coverage.

I found it helpful to read several reviews first, as some solutions work well only for very specific industries or use cases. Others are easy and simple but may lack advanced features that experienced users want. I also noticed that more complex platforms cater to a broad user base, though they usually come at a higher cost. I made sure to define my requirements before selecting a service.
