Cons

I found that the free ATS claim is misleading. Candidates cannot be imported, only saved from the paid resume database. It feels like a bait-and-switch which was frustrating.
Cons
I can't import my own candidate resumes into the system which feels like a missed opportunity for me to expand the database.

Despite that, this is a great software for a startup or small recruiting company. It serves well for me as an ATS and is affordable.
Cons
Sourcing can be difficult. I've found Boolean strings sometimes fail and the limited number of resumes uploaded restricts results.

I just started using this tool for the free trial and the system is extremely easy to use, offers lots of tracking options and best of all, it's free! For our small company, anything that helps us find employees at no cost is gold.
Cons
I always have a hard time getting to the help area. I believe there was a glitch with the system but I'm sure they are working on it. Other than that, I haven't had issues.

My experience showed that the filters are not enough to get the right resumes and their billing system sometimes charged multiple times unexpectedly.
Cons
I purchased this for the resume database. When I tried to view resumes, I noticed my views were being charged multiple times instead of just once. After contacting support multiple times with proof, my account was removed without permission. I want others to know this platform can charge far more than expected, it felt fraudulent and unprofessional.
