“Organized fast and modern platform
Pros
Everything feels organized and I've noticed the app performs quickly and responds smoothly which makes it easy to work with daily.
Cons
I'm not sure I'm getting good value for what I pay and the app can be pretty sluggish. Occasionally it becomes difficult to navigate to the correct or next page which is frustrating.

Pros
The software offers great value in my experience, it's easy to use and I've found the customer support to be top-notch whenever I've needed help.
Cons
For me the biggest downsides are the interview features and the overall recruitment workflow, the candidate interview module feels clunky and the hiring process isn't as smooth as I'd hoped.

Pros
Having Our Account Manager from customer support on our side has made everything much easier as she's consistently hands-on, extremely knowledgeable and treats the relationship like a true partnership!! I feel very lucky to work with her !
Cons
I find the sourcing options and the resume database could use improvement.. they're areas where I think enhancements would make the platform far more useful for our recruiting needs.

Pros
Customer support and the team I'm working alongside make sure we stay fully compliant. They show patience with me and consistently take the time to walk me through everything I need to understand about the process.
Cons
It's not always easy to determine which networking groups work best. I don't get around to doing this frequently enough though.

All in all, I find the platform really easy to use. My team and I can post the roles we need and attract applicants. Running a mid-sized company, it isn't always simple to locate diverse, qualified talent but we've been able to bring great people into our team.
Cons
Sometimes I think the search and ordering tools don't behave the way I'd prefer. That said I've grown used to how they work and while they're not perfect, they do function well enough for our needs.

When the platform change was announced, support stepped in quickly. I opened a ticket after missing the notice and within three hours the posting system was updated, our operations didn't skip a beat.
Cons
Frankly, I didn't encounter any issues with the program. Local Job Network worked exactly how I expected them to and in fact they delivered results faster than I had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise.

For my team, the platform reliably does what it's meant to. Adjustments are easy to make, posting to state boards is simple and it helps us stay OFCCP compliant, a big time-saver.
Cons
haven't had any major issues but I do think it could be a bit simpler to record the specific recruiting activities we run, like job fairs, campus events, or targeted outreach, we end up doing some workarounds to track those.

Publishing job listings across multiple boards has been really convenient for me and it saves a lot of time compared with managing each site individually.
Cons
What bothers me is that after I review resumes it's difficult to organize them..... there isn't an approved, maybe or declined option available.

Beyond traditional job sites, I've found the platform provides features that really enhance diversity outreach making it a useful resource for community-focused recruitment.
Cons
I'm convinced we should be getting more applicants through LocalJobNetwork which makes me question how familiar job seekers are with the site. Because of that, I'd like to see more promotion and advertising so the platform attracts a larger pool of users and active job seekers. I also think targeted outreach campaigns could help raise awareness among candidates.

Using the platform hasn't been easy for me, I think that's largely because I never really received adequate support for the software. That said once I can pinpoint exactly what I need, the tool has been extremely helpful throughout the audit process.
Cons
I find the reporting confusing when it comes to what is actually offered. I would prefer the report names to be more descriptive and for each report to include clearer, more useful functionality.
