Organized fast and modern platform

Pros

Everything feels organized and I've noticed the app performs quickly and responds smoothly which makes it easy to work with daily.

Cons

I'm not sure I'm getting good value for what I pay and the app can be pretty sluggish. Occasionally it becomes difficult to navigate to the correct or next page which is frustrating.

Great value with excellent support

Pros

The software offers great value in my experience, it's easy to use and I've found the customer support to be top-notch whenever I've needed help.

Cons

For me the biggest downsides are the interview features and the overall recruitment workflow, the candidate interview module feels clunky and the hiring process isn't as smooth as I'd hoped.

Simple candidate profile creation

Pros

Crafting job descriptions for my business was easy and I really like the automatic features that make the process faster and less stressful.

Cons

It's somewhat pricey yet I feel it's ultimately worth the cost in the long run.

Supportive and knowledgeable account management

Pros

Having Our Account Manager from customer support on our side has made everything much easier as she's consistently hands-on, extremely knowledgeable and treats the relationship like a true partnership!! I feel very lucky to work with her !

Cons

I find the sourcing options and the resume database could use improvement.. they're areas where I think enhancements would make the platform far more useful for our recruiting needs.

reliable compliance focused support

Pros

Customer support and the team I'm working alongside make sure we stay fully compliant. They show patience with me and consistently take the time to walk me through everything I need to understand about the process.

Cons

It's not always easy to determine which networking groups work best. I don't get around to doing this frequently enough though.

Professional setup with fair pricing

Pros

I'm impressed by the team's responsiveness and the platform's clean, professional design. The smooth implementation and fair pricing make it feel like Circa really understands our needs.

Cons

Strong diversity recruiting with great support

It's more than a recruitment tool for me, our Account Manager has been exceptional, responding quickly, sharing expertise and always willing to assist whenever needed.

Smooth setup with guided training

Pros

Implementation was smooth for me and the team walked us through the features with clear guidance and hands-on training which made getting started simple.

Cons

We don't have any issues with Circa, we've really appreciated both the product itself and the responsive client support team.

I'm really impressed with our rep customer support, they're professional, knowledgeable and approachable, always ready and willing to help me!

Cons

easy hiring with diverse talent reach

Pros

All in all, I find the platform really easy to use. My team and I can post the roles we need and attract applicants. Running a mid-sized company, it isn't always simple to locate diverse, qualified talent but we've been able to bring great people into our team.

Cons

Sometimes I think the search and ordering tools don't behave the way I'd prefer. That said I've grown used to how they work and while they're not perfect, they do function well enough for our needs.

fast and disruption free support response

Pros

When the platform change was announced, support stepped in quickly. I opened a ticket after missing the notice and within three hours the posting system was updated, our operations didn't skip a beat.

Cons

Frankly, I didn't encounter any issues with the program. Local Job Network worked exactly how I expected them to and in fact they delivered results faster than I had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise.

reliable compliant hiring platform

Pros

For my team, the platform reliably does what it's meant to. Adjustments are easy to make, posting to state boards is simple and it helps us stay OFCCP compliant, a big time-saver.

Cons

haven't had any major issues but I do think it could be a bit simpler to record the specific recruiting activities we run, like job fairs, campus events, or targeted outreach, we end up doing some workarounds to track those.

Limited resume organization options

Pros

Publishing job listings across multiple boards has been really convenient for me and it saves a lot of time compared with managing each site individually.

Cons

What bothers me is that after I review resumes it's difficult to organize them..... there isn't an approved, maybe or declined option available.

Pros

Navigating the platform feels very simple and I can export any information I need quickly without extra steps.

Cons

If there's one feature I'd love, it would let me select or tick multiple checkboxes or resumes simultaneously instead of doing them one by one.

Beyond job boards for community outreach

Pros

Beyond traditional job sites, I've found the platform provides features that really enhance diversity outreach making it a useful resource for community-focused recruitment.

Cons

I'm convinced we should be getting more applicants through LocalJobNetwork which makes me question how familiar job seekers are with the site. Because of that, I'd like to see more promotion and advertising so the platform attracts a larger pool of users and active job seekers. I also think targeted outreach campaigns could help raise awareness among candidates.

Helpful for audits despite limited support

Pros

Using the platform hasn't been easy for me, I think that's largely because I never really received adequate support for the software. That said once I can pinpoint exactly what I need, the tool has been extremely helpful throughout the audit process.

Cons

I find the reporting confusing when it comes to what is actually offered. I would prefer the report names to be more descriptive and for each report to include clearer, more useful functionality.

Autofeed posting saves hours

Pros

Setting up the autofeed was easy and I ended up saving hours that I would have spent posting to each site individually.

Cons

For me it's not the most user-friendly tool although I find it easier to use than many other platforms I've tried before.
