“Big promises with nothing delivered
Pros
At first I heard many promises, access to a talent network I could tap into, simple posting to multiple job boards, a high-traffic aggregator and complete integration into our systems.
Cons
We were sold a product that doesn't exist. Nine months later, nothing has been delivered as promised. Instead of a real talent network, we got a basic Excel sheet. The traffic we were promised never came even simple entry-level jobs get only a handful of applicants after 30 days. Everything requires a help ticket, candidates can't apply smoothly and the platform fails to post jobs to external boards. We often act as the go-between for TalentReef and job sites like Indeed. Customer support has been unacceptable, they've even told users to apply to the wrong company's jobs. There are constant delays, poor integration and key features from two years ago are still not working. Sales oversold and underdelivered. We urge others to steer clear. Save your time and money, this platform is not ready.

“Smooth to use with minor browser issues
Pros
Having used the platform both as an applicant and as a hiring manager, I've found it really smooth to get around. The step-by-step prompts walk you through each stage and help move the whole process along quickly.
Cons
I've noticed that some of the forms don't load properly in every browser so at times I need to switch browsers or refresh to get them to work.

“easy access to applicant info
Pros
It is a very useful hiring platform because it stored every applicant's details online, allowing different managers to easily access, review and hire candidates.
Cons
The main drawback I faced was that applicants often forgot their passwords which meant they had to repeatedly phone customer service to recover them before they could complete the online hiring applications, this was frustrating and time-consuming.

“Works well and needs more guidance
Pros
We rely on Talent Reef's portal for one of our brands and so far the experience has been really positive, every employee record is kept there. It's been a huge help in eliminating paper use entirely across our team.
Cons
Overall the software works well but I wish it included a guided 'walk me through' feature or quick answers to common questions. As a new user, I would have found that kind of guidance really helpful.

“Powerful set of features
Pros
we built a customized hiring website that genuinely helps us differentiate from other companies. After we created our site it distributed that same branded page across many online job search engines to increase visibility. Their platform also doubles as a complete onboarding toolkit for our needs. From an administrator's perspective the system lets us screen applications, arrange interview times, record interview notes, make hires, finish the entire onboarding workflow and then continue logging employee issues and other incidents for possible later use. Overall this software keeps our team operating professionally and gives us a reliable way to document personnel problems that can be referenced if we need to terminate someone or respond to unemployment claims.
Cons
it is a little confusing. With so many features packed in it took me some time to get the hang of everything. They do however provide strong support that helped ensure we got assistance promptly when needed. My recommendation is to spend time reviewing their training pages before you dive in. Doing that made a noticeable difference for me and I think your experience with the software will be much more positive as a result.
