Pros

Right from the start, this has been an outstanding solution for both our Marketing and Sales teams! The interface looks excellent and is simple to navigate and use. It gives us valuable visibility into the website journeys and behavior of our visitors and prospects that goes well beyond standard analytics. It has strengthened and improved the Marketing and Sales stack we already had in place.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about using this software. The only thing missing is a visual flowchart for the marketing automation side but that doesn't take away from the functionality at all. It was just something new to get used to at first.
