Quick and gets things done

Pros

The payroll and holiday tracking features worked really well when my previous company used this system. The customer support was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Cons

The interface feels pretty awkward with too many layers, making it a bit hard to use and not the most user-friendly.

Terrible Experience - Stay Away

Pros

Honestly, I can't think of anything good about my experience with this software.

Cons

Setting up direct debit was a nightmare. It took 100 emails, 10 calls and 3 months, only to find out they don't even support my bank. Then, they hit me with extra charges for "faster payments" that still require me to do everything manually. I'm paying �110 per employee monthly just to do their job myself. They also missed two months of pension payments even though I specifically asked them to handle it. The customer service is terrible and they clearly don't care about fixing anything. Total waste of money.

completely changed our business finance process

Pros

New hires get up to speed really quickly and managing finances is way faster than our old system. The automated billing calculations and submissions save us so much time.

Cons

The detailed reporting features are quite limited, especially when I need more in-depth data. Tracking patterns across departments or employee benefits requires far more effort than it should.

Reliable tax automation

Pros

It takes care of all the routine stuff like hiring and creating pay slips which has saved me a ton of time. It's been a real lifesaver for managing my small business's finances and now I can focus on actually growing the business instead of being buried in paperwork.

Cons

I feel like the only downside I've noticed is that customizing reports can feel rigid. The basic reports are easy to understand but getting the exact numbers I need for tax prep usually takes me a couple of tries.

good payroll management tool

Pros

The payment analysis is really easy to check every month and whenever I need help, the support team is quick and effective. Logging in is always smooth, no matter when I need to access it. I use the features regularly especially when downloading payslips. The Microsoft integration was surprisingly easy to adapt to.

Cons

umm holiday menu could sync better with Google Calendar. It's not as seamless as I was hoping.

Pros

This tool's interface is really simple and breaks everything down clearly. Overall, it's been effective for my daily tasks.

Simple way to track performance

Pros

The pay system is simple and integrates smoothly with everything else plus accessing my pay stubs is convenient and hassle free.

Cons

I wish it connected with Microsoft Outlook since that would make things much more convenient for our workflow.
