Two years in with this tool

Pros

I honestly love everything about Motivy. The interface is super interactive and it connects easily with other software we use. What really stands out for me is their customer service and it's personal and quick to respond every time.

Cons

Personally, I feel like the software meets the mark. It does what it's supposed to and I really don't have any complaints.

Motivy experience was top notch

Pros

What I really like about it is how it helps digitize all those HR tasks especially when it comes to keeping employees engaged and motivated. The pricing makes sense and I love how easily it integrates with other tools we already use.

Cons

I've had a great experience with this software. It's way easier to set up than other tools I've tried. Honestly, nothing to dislike so far.

Helping teams succeed in a new way

Pros

It's great that people from different departments can recognize each other's work and achievements. It's a nice way to bring everyone together and appreciate the effort across the board.

Cons

One thing that bugs me is when you're dealing with a big database and lots of coworkers have similar names, it can take forever to find the right person on the list.

Awsome tool!

Pros

I do wish there were more ways to make recognition feel more meaningful like adding both written messages and points. That combo could really make an impact.

Cons

It could definitely use some improvements especially when it comes to searching and logging in. It'd be great if it could recognize my computer's IP so I wouldn't have to enter a code every single time.

Recognition plays a big role here

Pros

What I enjoy most is how everyone in the company can see and learn about the good things others are doing. It creates this open culture where we can all grow from each other's wins.

Cons

Signing in can be frustrating. Every time you log in, you have to get a code but the first code usually shows up late. I often end up trying again just to get in on time.

Love what it offers, support could improve

Pros

I like how simple it is to use. People really enjoy getting rewards and the points system actually motivates them to do even better at their jobs.

Cons

A big downside is that managers and directors barely use the platform. That kind of kills the vibe because employees don't get recognized by their higher-ups which can be really demotivating.

Pros

I think it's awesome how the rewards can be customized based on what employees really want. It helps boost communication and recognition in a more thoughtful way.

Cons

I'd love to see more automation for basic HR stuff like onboarding and payroll. It would save a ton of time and make the whole process smoother.

Very user friendly system

Pros

I really like the point exchange system between users. It's a fun and interactive way to show appreciation and stay engaged.

Solid boost for employee involvement

Pros

It totally changes the work experience. It helps HR digitize and centralize the key stuff, saves time and effort and really helps boost employee engagement and productivity.

Cons

I wish there was more variety in the rewards catalog. It gets kinda boring when the options don't change much.
