It does exactly what it promises making it easy for us to track employee information, send letters and manage holidays.

Cons

The software feels outdated, lacking a modern interface and it does not integrate well with other applications.

Not only is the platform easy to use but the reports are excellent too.

It does not allow customization for certain features and I noticed there is no timesheet function available.

It is a great tool that does the job for us. Also the customer support was pretty helpful as they responded quickly to us when in need.

While I like all the features and how well it works for us, the tool is not very user-friendly making it hard to navigate and find what we need.
