Pros
The paperless feature is hands down the best part! Knowing we're reducing our environmental impact while handling HR cases feels great! This tool processes HR cases faster than anything I've used before and the efficiency is incredible without getting bogged down in unnecessary complexity.
Cons
People who haven't used it before find it pretty challenging at first though it becomes much easier once you get the hang of it. However a better FAQ section would definitely help new users.
