“good but questionable value
Pros
Swapping and picking up shifts is not a problem with this system. Like it is pretty simple to communicate any schedule changes.
Cons
Ultimately I don't feel like the subscription price justifies the value you get over time.

“Quick access and easy shift grabbing
Pros
My favorite part is how quickly I can access my schedule and easily see time-off requests. If a coworker cannot make it, I can instantly spot their shift and grab it. Requesting time off is also very easy and I love how simple it is to check my PTO and vacation balances. Plus having the entire team's schedule all in one place helps me quickly figure out who's available to help out.
Cons
I don't have any major problems with it. The only thing is the app sometimes has little bugs or glitches. Really thats the only issue.

“Simple navigation, delayed updates
Pros
Navigating the app is simple thanks to clear buttons. It takes the hassle out of building the schedule and even lets you set things up your own way. Also it is a fantastic tool for the manager to message the whole crew and post updates everyone sees. This really helps the whole operation stay organized, stick to the plan and manage everything effectively. It keeps us all on the same page.
Cons
If someone makes a change to the schedule, it does not show up right away and there is a bit of a delay for it to load. Other than that small thing it has been smooth sailing. This app is seriously helpful for managing our team.

“Clean, efficient and powerful
Pros
The clean look of the interface is awesome and it's so efficient for making adjustments. I finally feel comfortable giving my team more control over their schedules because of the flexibility this offers. There is no more anxiety about someone being over-scheduled or a shift being left uncovered. Overall it has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and my team is thrilled with the new freedom they have.
Cons
My only real regret is that we did not get this software up and running a long time ago.

“Instantly user-friendly and adaptable
Pros
MySchedule best thing is how user friendly and adaptable it is. We never have to walk new hires through it as they just figure it out immediately and start using it without any help.
Cons
Since we got this system in place, we honestly have not run into a single problem.

Pros
The platform is very user-friendly. What really stands out is the MySchedule support team as they are the best and consistently ready to assist with any problems that pop up.
Cons
While the team is still working on more features, they have already made a lot of progress. Some tools have not been rolled out yet but we are really looking forward to when those final features are added. I am excited to see how much more useful it will be once everything is in place.

“Feature-rich software
Pros
This staff scheduler has so many great features. You can create schedule templates and lock in everyone's availability. It even tracks how many hours or days each person wants to work. You will get alerts if someone's about to go into overtime or if they are scheduled for a shift they canot work. Submitting time-off requests is easy and the calendar view helps you quickly see if too many people are requesting the same day off. The mobile app lets me approve things from anywhere and my team can always check their hours and submit time-off requests. My favorite feature is the one that shows if you are over or understaffed at any point during the day. It's genius.
Cons
There are a few drawbacks. First it is slow and takes a moment to reload after every single edit. The template feature could also be more efficient. Another annoyance is that scheduling someone for noon often causes the time to flip back to midnight. I'd also prefer a drag-and-drop option to copy a shift to a new day instead of the current copy function.

“Incredibly supportive and responsive team
Pros
Reaching their support team is never a problem. Every time I have called, the rep immediately tackles my question and they have been incredibly supportive from the very beginning.
Cons
We do not have any negatives because whenever we report a problem or have an idea, they handle it wonderfully and bring it to their development team for review.

Pros
Both my management team and our staff really enjoy using it. The initial setup was simple and using it daily is even easier. A massive benefit for me is that my phone has stopped ringing all day with schedule questions from employees. Also the team there assisted me with the entire setup process and personally trained all my managers on how to use the platform. They have a really excellent support staff. So yes I'd definitely recommend them to others.
Cons
From start to finish our time using it has been completely positive.
