“Managing candidates is easy with it
Pros
nCore HR has made it much easier to manage the candidates we receive and allows me to quickly and efficiently share profiles with the relevant team members.
Cons
There are not any significant cons at the moment but there are a few areas that could be improved to make viewing candidate profiles more user-friendly.

It offers a simple and efficient tool for sharing CVs with managers and the interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use
Cons
The AI needs some improvement and the search functionality for candidates is quite limited. The search tools are okay but the results don't rank keywords, making it hard for us to access the right candidates. This part is definitely lacking.

nCore is an innovative tool that has adapted well to our teams needs. Its high level of customization allows us to create pipelines and templates tailored to the profiles we are looking for. Overall I find it much more modern compared to other ATS tools we have used.

I have not come across any specific drawbacks.

Pros
The system is highly customizable to fit talent acquisition processes, with a very fast setup and onboarding. Its features are far superior to more well-known ATS systems and come at a much more competitive cost. And as a Hiring Manager I can easily access all candidate information with ease.
Cons
So far I have not noticed any major shortcomings.
