“Payroll that just works... finally

Honestly the UI is pretty easy to figure out and I like that there are solid options to actually access the site without jumping through a bunch of hoops.

Cons

there's nothing much to complain about, it's got all the features I need. Pretty solid overall.

“six thousand dollar tax mistake

Look I am gonna be real with you..there's absolutely nothing I like about it.. Nothing.

So it messed up my HMRC and PAYE details and told HMRC I work for some other company and get paid way more than I actually do. Now it says I owe over �6,000 in tax. And the worst part? They can't even fix it. I have to sort this out myself. Customer support? What customer support.

At the very least I can log in and actually see how much I'm getting paid. So there's that.

I don't even know if my payments are right anymore because they somehow signed me up for some random Italian company I've literally never heard of. Make it make sense.

nothing good here. They have messed things up so badly and honestly none of the payment stats have ever been correct on the backend anyway. Like ever.

They've seriously messed up. Changed our company's tax code and now we are all getting paid through the wrong entity. Every single UKI employee now has to personally call HMRC to get it fixed. They can't even fix their own mistake.

“very disappointing experience!

This company is wildly unprofessional and I am not even kidding, it feels like it's run by half-wits who can't manage payroll properly for a company with under 2,500 employees? Wild.

Cons

They delayed our UK team's payments for three months in a row. Then they messed up our tax returns by adding a company we've never worked for. Now I owe �13k to HMRC. The whole time they kept telling us everything was "fine." It's not fine. Now we all have to call HMRC ourselves to fix it, remove the wrong company, request a new tax number...the whole mess.

“all-in-one but poor UI

It's honestly a one-stop shop for payroll. Covers pretty much everything and the real-time ticketing support is super handy, easy to communicate & easy to get stuff fixed async.

Cons

UI is okay I guess but sometimes it's honestly so hard to find what I'm looking for. Feels like I am hunting for buried treasure.

“NeeyamoWorks is the best

Pros

I like everything about NeeyamoWorks. Its user friendly and the new users able to learn it pretty easily. Also the software perfectly aligns with our work. In short I have personally benefited from it and have no regrets. I did recommend it to anyone.

I have not encountered any challenges since its highly relatable and easy to set up

their pricing is pretty high compared to other options out there. Not sure it's worth what they are charging.

The UI is clean and user-friendly, you don't have to read between the lines to figure stuff out. Plus the Flexi module makes splitting your tax exemptions way easier and the validations are solid too.

Every time a record loads there's this annoying 5-second delay. it totally pisses me off.
