“Anonymous reporting via web and mobile
Pros
Within our organization this introduced the option for anonymous reporting which I find essential for helping us build and maintain the kind of culture we aim for. I also really like that there's both a web app and a mobile app so people can report from different settings. On top of that, the reporting process on the platform is easy, even for complex incidents it rarely takes me more than five minutes to submit. I also felt supported by the implementation team and the ongoing support they provided throughout the rollout.
Cons
I would like the option to manually raise or change an incident's severity and in a future release I hope there's a way to customize the AI so it aligns more closely with our organization's specific needs.

“simple platform for safe reporting
Pros
As a company, we found that this tool offers our employees a dependable, anonymous reporting channel that aligns with every one of our specific needs and use cases. The interface is extremely convenient and user-friendly so employees feel comfortable engaging with it whenever necessary. Since the whole platform is app-based, I can easily access it at any time and from wherever I am which is a big plus. Implementation went smoothly and the degree of customization felt virtually limitless. Honestly I believe every single company could benefit from adopting this tool-based solution.

There are no complaints from my side, this solution has met and even exceeded all of our needs so far.

Pros
We've had a very positive response to this tool within our organization. It lets people file reports either with their name attached or completely anonymously which I find really useful. The user interface is great and gives team members the space to include as many details as they want and there's even a chat function to follow up with HR for updates or to add extra information when necessary. I also found the vendor's customer support and the simplicity of getting it up and running to be exceptional.
Cons
So far I've been very pleased with the tool and I feel confident it helps create a greater sense of ease for people when reporting issues that need investigation.

“Builds trust and accountability
Pros
encouraging a culture of trust and accountability is crucial for our company and this platform really helps us do that. It gives our team the confidence to raise concerns or report incidents and people can choose to stay anonymous if they prefer. The mobile app and the administrative dashboard are both very convenient and I can quickly make sense of the analytics. All in all, I consider it an indispensable solution, not just for hospitality but useful across many sectors.
Cons
Honestly I can't point to anything I dislike about this product and I fully recommend it as a way to build safer, more positive workplaces across teams and organizations.

“Centralized incident documentation
Pros
I like several aspects of this solution equally: I can remain anonymous when needed, I can keep documentation for an incident centrally within the platform and I find the whole system easy and easy for everyone to use.
Cons
One thing I would personally like to see improved is the amount of context required for incidents since I'd find a fuller account of what happened more useful than just brief descriptive words.

“safe, confidential, timestamped reporting
Pros
As the HR Director, I find this platform to be an excellent way for our team to keep both staff and customers safe and satisfied while giving people a confidential channel to raise complaints or concerns anonymously. I like that it isn't limited to harassment issues, we also use it to log safety-related reports. One feature I really value is that every entry is timestamped and permanent. Whenever someone brings something to me in person, I always end the meeting by asking them to file the concern in the app so we have an official, documented paper trail to rely on.
Cons
At the moment I can't say there are any major drawbacks although usage among team members is fairly low. I believe this is because staff generally feel secure and content but I would feel more comfortable if adoption were higher so issues could surface earlier.

Pros
Matt made the rollout easy and hassle-free and I found the app itself to be very convenient so our team didn't need much training to get up to speed.
Cons
From my perspective the main limitation is how independently the "Just Sayin'" feature operates. While I understand the importance of anonymity, I'd appreciate some flexibility for the company to identify submitters in very specific situations.

“supports respectful conflict resolution
Pros
We find that this product really strengthens our company's stance on treating every employee with the respect, dignity and responsibility they deserve. Using the tool lets us address problems quickly while being careful not to hurt individual staff members' feelings. When a neutral third party is involved, we can sort out issues as they come up much faster. In our experience, it also makes it more likely that conflicts will be resolved in a more lasting way. Our team members are generally more willing to try this software as a structured approach to work through their own complaints before they escalate to our in-house HR representative.
Cons
Initially I wasn't fond of what felt like a longer, more collaborative process but over time I realized that involving multiple people creates shared ownership and leads to better resolutions.

“Configurable with detailed implementation
Pros
To begin, their sales engagement and contracting process really stood out to me. Their team was phenomenal at walking us through everything they offered, explaining how configurable the platform was and demonstrating how it would tackle each of our top priorities and organizational challenges. They partnered with us through a rigorous executive board review and even helped us secure a very reasonable contracted rate. Let's be honest, cost was a real concern especially during the worst of the COVID pandemic. Another major plus was the implementation phase. Their SaaS solution is excellent and the implementation team showed up fully prepared with meticulous materials to guide us through customizing the software down to the exact phrasing of each question, the possible answers and even the help text. That level of detail empowered us from both HR and legal standpoints to ensure we were offering employees the best reporting options and choices that considered their emotional needs, no small feat but they pulled it off perfectly. When I say the implementation was easy peasy, I mean it was extremely easy and they supported us at every step, ready to guide and assist whenever needed. The third thing I appreciated was the ability not only to improve our reporting but also to demonstrate measurable improvement with precise metrics. The platform includes a great administration console that let us take full ownership of the application, plus a great suite of reporting and analytics dashboards and tools. That gave us everything we needed to see where we stood at any moment, track historical trends and compare end-to-end KPIs to understand how we were using the software and how the organization was benefiting. The tool became deeply integrated into our quarterly company analysis and even our public-facing information. Last but definitely not least was the ongoing partnership. Having chosen and implemented this solution at two different organizations now, I have to say I'll push to bring them in wherever my career leads next. They've been outstanding partners, always staying connected, following up and encouraging us to improve. They keep us informed about updates and improvements and show how to adapt those to our needs. You hear people say that change must come from the top down and this company doesn't just talk about that idea, they live it. We received check-ins from senior management frequently and even the CEO reaches out and is available to take a call or respond to an email. I never felt neglected or made to feel like a small account when working with them.
Cons
Speaking candidly I know it may sound overly flattering to say there's nothing I dislike but I genuinely mean it. Having spent years in technical and product roles myself, I can honestly say I've never worked with a vendor I was more satisfied with and they've even inspired improvements in our own internal processes.
