Having all my data in one place is amazing! Onboarding info, performance metrics and detailed insights are right there when I need them! The interface is pretty accessible and makes finding information simple.

Pros
I find it really easy to understand and get up and running. The interface looks great and is simpe to figure out. It's saved us a ton of money on employee turnover costs which has been huge for our bottom line. Leaders and mentors can really make the most of available resources with this tool. The data it provides is reliable, safe and accurate and I can trust what I'm seeing! Reports come in a nice summarized format that's actually informative and easy to digest.
Cons
The only real issue I've encountered are some bugs that pop up occasionally but these seem like things that could easily be addressed through regular software updates.
