“great experience
Pros
Using its leave management module has been a pleasant experience for both admins and employees. The part I appreciated most was being able to set up multiple leave types and manage leave policies without any trouble. I've tested similar features in other tools and this one delivered the best onboading by far.
Cons
At times the tool feels a bit laggy. Every now and then it takes too long to load and occasionally a page just stays white instead of opening properly. It doesn't happen all that often though so it hasn't been a deal breaker for me.

“helpful leave tracking
Pros
It does a really good job of keeping commonly overlooked details visible especially things like leave credits and how many are still available. It keeps important information organized and intact so checking it whenever needed is very convenient.
Cons
It would be even better if it included a built in messaging feature. Since all the necessary information is already available on the site having to switch to another platform just to communicate feels unnecessary.
