The hiring results have been noticeably stronger with candidates skills lining up better with the actual job requirements. The predictive success scores are also a really useful addition and help make the selection process feel more informed.
Cons
The skill taxonomy is very broad so it takes some fine tuning to get everything set up the way you want. There's also a minor issue with calendar invite syncing that can be a little buggy at times.

Pros
It's been really helpful for finding candidates worldwide especially with the time zone matching and remote fit filters. Those features make it much easier to narrow down people who actually fit distributed roles and coordinate across regions.
Cons
One thing missing is a built in video interviewing tool and the white label customization options feel fairly limited if branding matters to your team.
