“Great for making connections

Pros

I really enjoy being able to connect and stay active with my friends and family through the app.

Cons

The notifications can feel a little overwhelming at times as get reminders more often than I'd like.

“Broken rewards and endless technical problems

Pros

The app has problems almost every single day. At first Optimity offered really great rewards but then they completely changed how you redeem them. They used to have rewards for around 10,000 points but people were not happy, so they switched systems. Now to even have a chance at a $5 gift card, you have to enter an auction and the current winning bid is over 41,000 points! A lot of users have complained but the company does not seem to care. Sometimes you don't even get points after watching ads but you can be sure they are getting paid for those views. The ads fail constantly and even when we report it, nothing changes. Do I expect an app to work perfectly all the time? No, but this has been going on daily for months, maybe even a year especially as more people joined. They finally admitted the ad display failure is because they do not have enough ads but did they tell anyone? No! I mean this app is supposed to reduce stress, not add to it.

Cons

I noticed the app is not working correctly and the developers don't take ownership when things go wrong. They even won an award as a top new app last year but they never asked real users what we thought.

“Helpful learning tool

Pros

It is a helpful tool for learning and it is pretty quick and easy to use.

Cons

I prefer things to be simple. So I would rather just use the app on my own than deal with inviting friends to join.

To be honest I don't really have any issues with the app. If I had to mention something, it would be that it can be slow to update sometimes.
