“Organized profile, poor time management
Pros
I mostly use it for my company's HR profile and I really like how my information and overall profile are organized. The post-hire process was simple and hassle-free.
Cons
My company recently added a time-management feature but it is not easy to use. Also itt does not record time properly and is awkward to manage under a no-OT policy.

“Easy navigation
Pros
The interface and document layout are easy to navigate. Scheduling features are pretty user friendly too. Overall it feels like good value for money and the support team is fantastic. It helps me work toward my career goals.
Cons
The price has gone up, recent updates are harder to navigate, the system feels slower and overall it's less user friendly than before.

“Excellent value and user friendly
Pros
It's excellent value for money and really user friendly, especially if you already work within the Oracle ecosystem. The product team has been very helpful and it connects smoothly with most payroll providers.
Cons
Customization options are fairly limited. The system still uses a maker-checker approach rather than offering true end-to-end workflows. Module-to-module connectivity could also be improved.

“slow browser app

The software is highly adaptable to our organization's specific needs. It supports everyday operations like submitting expenses and time reports, checking absence balances and HR and payroll lookups.
Cons
Since it runs entirely in a browser, it can be sluggish. It has frozen or crashed several times while I was filling out forms and since some fields are mandatory, my work wasn't saved. There's also no offline mode, so I cannot make changes and sync later.

Pros
Nothing useful. The software didn't match its description, was overly complicated to navigate and frustrating to use.
Cons
All of it. In my view, the system was rolled out without considering end users, collaboration was poor and the training provided was a disaster.

“Effective web clock and timecard
Pros
The web clock and timecard functions are really effective and offer a great way for organizations to digitize timesheets and attendance records.
Cons
The overall user experience isn't great. Important tools should be front-and-center or at least bookmarkable. Instead, I have to scroll down every time just to clock in which takes about two minutes and feels unnecessarily slow.

It is very easy to use. I like the clean, simple interface and easy navigation. Also it simplifies onboarding, performance reviews, benefits administration and time management and it helps lower business risks and costs.
Cons
Occasionally, pages don't load right away and I notice delays that interrupt my workflow.

“Centralized tools but confusing interface
Pros
One thing I like is having every tool gathered in one central place, though honestly that's pretty much the only real advantage I see.
Cons
Most of the interface is incredibly confusing. It feels like usability testing skipped real users. And entering a time card is especially baffling arguably the most confusing task I have come across in any software.

there's no specific feature I actually enjoy about this product.
Cons
to be fair it is almost unusable. I cannot open links in new tabs and using the browser's back button sometimes crashes the app. The breadcrumb trail is confusing and there's no easy way to view or edit the info I need. For team-wide data like absences and working hours, I have to open each person individually. The system is slow, buggy and frustrating for daily tasks. The controls and workflows don't follow modern UX standards. I mean it feels hostile from a design perspective.
