“Good tool and needs polish

Pros

I am more loyal to the company because this system keeps all my important details like pay, health and insurance...in one clear place. I can also see any activity on my personal files which builds my trust.

Cons

reporting feature needs work. Currently, it shows all the data at once which forces me to scroll through everything to find what I need. A better display would be helpful. Also, the built-in appraisal tool doesn't meet our needs so we have to use a separate system for that. Including a more functional appraisal model in the next update would be a big improvement.
