Pros
Taleo makes creating an offer for a candidate really easy. Plus overall the system is user-friendly and easy for me to use.
Cons
Occasionally we come across duplicate IDs for the same candidate and I struggle to merge them which slows down the process and makes it harder to move forward.

It is fairly easy to use and I like that it includes applicant tracking, vendor management, offer approval and extension features, etc.
Cons
It freezes up or becomes unavailable at least once a week.

Pros
I have relied on this detail-oriented recruitment platform for six years. It's used worldwide and remains user-friendly. I would suggest any organization adopt it for talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and compensation management. I also find the UI excellent.
Cons
To be honest, I do not have any complaints. I strongly recommend using it for its reliability and features.

Ive seen new hires and even managers really struggle to become proficient
Cons
It is not pretty easy to use as you really need to be deeply familiar with the system to get anything done effectively.

“Best tool for Recruitment and Talent management in Recent times
Pros
Personally I mostly like its power-packed analytics and reporting features because they give me and my team the data we need to confidently decide on optimal staffing levels for our organization.
Cons
Keep in mind that top-tier features come at a price and in my experience, it can be very expensive for small and mid-sized companies to implement. Plus I have run into a handful of compatibility issues.

When I used Oracle to manage our applicant pool, I found it very user-friendly and easy to navigate, with several additional features that genuinely benefit our Talent Acquisition team.
Cons
Learning all of the features may take some time but I still find the system fairly easy to use overall.

As a user, I found the ATS workflow extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Plus it guided me through hiring and onboarding, which means I consistently covered every required step for new employees.
Cons
Occasionally I ran into glitches or minor errors, yet the troubleshooting and support team I worked with was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

I have noticed that the Performance and Compensation modules run really smoothly and with AI assistance coming, I expect they will become even more powerful and efficient.
Cons
There is one thing and that is as per me the interface is not particularly user-friendly.

Pros
As per me most of the core HR functions are user friendly enough for general learners
Cons
It is not built the way a learning professional would design a system. While it's passable for general professional development, it violates basic instructional design principles and falls short for regulatory training and compliance needs. I also noticed specializations lack recurring-learning capabilities. Courses feel driven by assignment schedules which end up defining the business rhythm instead of the course structure itself. Plus the platform keeps changing community features in ways that create real compliance risks. When I raise issues, support often replies works as designed and closes tickets quickly.
