Pros
The way this platform has transformed our HR operations is incredible!! It covers everything from bringing new hires on board to managing performance reviews and handling departures. The installation went smoothly too and their support team was there whenever we needed help.
Cons
The initial experience can be pretty overwhelming since everything gets thrown at you right from the start. They really need to work on gradually introducing users to all the features instead of dumping everything on screen from minute one.
