Right away the platform stood out for its user friendly interface. Getting around the system was simple and it included all the features needed for solid HR management. Automating routine tasks saved a lot of time and helped improve efficiency as well. Overall it made HR processes feel more organized and much more smooth.
Cons
Something that bothered me about the platformwas that the interface didn't always feel very accessible and took a while to get comfortable with. That kind of complicated structure can be frustrating for new users who want to start using the program quickly and efficiently.
