It has many features I guess and the training process for new users is a bit complicated, as they often stop using it. However, I think requesting training from advisors makes it easy to resolve these issues.

It's a software that is constantly evolving, with innovative updates like the use of AI to reword job postings so I don't always use the same script. It also helps me gather indicators from the platforms where candidates are applying. In my opinion, the best part is the Employer Branding feature which lets me see the reputation we've built as a company and even the image we're projecting to our employees and potential candidates.

Cons

In my opinion, the AI evaluation for the Smart Recruiter isn't as accurate as it could be. I'd like it to be updated with improvements.

Pros

Multiposting is a feature that saves me time and provides consistency in posts. The integrated ATS system allows me to interview pre selected candidates, saving time in the recruitment process. It also facilitates integrating customized tests to speed up selection.

Cons

It's not possible to share the process with the immediate supervisor or allow them to view the stages. It would be useful to add interview comments and documents (like test results) to complete the preselected candidates' profiles in the platform. I also can't find candidates for IT vacancies or very specialized or high level positions.

The cost is a bit high and I noticed that suspended or deleted vacancies still show up in the menu, not being automatically deactivated like they are in CompuTrabajo.
