Automating processes with AI and video interviews

Pros

The ability to automate processes, the number of candidates applying per job posting, the video interview feature and the implementation of AI are key aspects I really appreciate.

Cons

Tracking improvement requests can be a bit frustrating for my team. We submit requests to apply changes to the platform but we never know at what stage the request is.

Innovation and agility in mass recruitment

Pros

Innovation, agility and simplicity in using the tool. Additionally, I work with a team of people who help us find the best practices for achieving results in mass recruitment processes across more than 5 countries.

Cons

I don't have any disadvantages to mention. I believe there's always room for innovation and improvement but that comes with time and demand. What it offers today meets 100% of our needs.

Video interviews as a convenient alternative

Pros

I love that the video interviews are a great alternative to avoid conducting interviews over Meet or Zoom. It makes everything much more convenient for me.

Cons

There are no pre built or editable tests which would be a nice feature for the premium package. It would also be helpful for clients like us, who've been using the platform for over six years, to have more posting alerts, not just five.

Integration and tools make recruitment easier

Pros

The integration of three job search platforms, the user friendly interface, the social media posting options, the microsite and the use of QR codes all make my tasks easier.

Cons

The profile adjustments in percentages are very limited for me. Therefore, profiles with high percentages may not be as accurate. Also, reviewing applications sometimes results in strange jumps or gaps that prevent us from keeping things in proper order, leaving some applications unchecked.

Great automation but we don't like the update transparency

Pros

The ability to automate tasks, track the number of applicants per job posting, conduct video interviews and use AI are all proven extremely helpful for us.

Cons

We often follow up on improvement requests but when we ask for changes to be applied to the platform, we never know where the request stands or what stage it's at.

Loved it as it meets all our needs

Pros

Pandape tool is innovative, fast and easy to use. Additionally they have a dedicated team that collaborates with us to implement best practices, helping us achieve successful results in large-scale recruitment processes across five countries.

Cons

I don't have any major downsides to mention. While there ia always room for innovation and improvement, what's offered today meets all the necessary requirements 100%.

Good but could be better

Pros

Video interviews are a great alternative to using Meet or Zoom providing us a more organized and efficient approach.

Cons

The platform does not have pre-built or editable tests which would be beneficial. And for the premium package, I feel like it would be great to have more posting opportunities as we being long-term clients for over 6 years are limited to just five.

Great integration of the three most important sites into a single tool

Pros

There are so many things to like about it. The integration with three job search platforms, the easy-to-use interface, the ability to post on social media, the microsite feature and the QR code management are all excellent features.

Cons

Well the profile adjustments in terms of percentages are quite restrictive, meaning profiles with high percentages are not always accurate. Also sometimes the review of applications skips or jumps oddly, which prevents us from keeping an organized flow and results in missed applications.

simple platform with great features

Pros

Ease of use and the multiple tools the platform provides are great. It's incredibly simple and that makes my job much easier.

Great database and smooth navigation for recruitment

Pros

It has everything I need for recruitment, even through additional stages. The database is great and it has partnerships with important portals in the region. If I've used Computrabajo, I won't have any issues navigating it.

Cons

The level of dependency on the tool is huge. Once implemented, it feels like I couldn't function without it, even if I'm not using all of its features.

easy platform with AI powered efficiency

It's definitely an simple platform with easy handling for my team. The AI tools make it even more efficient for me.

Cons

The cost of accessing cold searches to reach all candidates on the platform is a bit high for me. Also, some candidates don't have their resumes updated which leads to the rejection of candidates who might actually fit the profile I'm looking for.

AI job writing and multiposting features

Pros

What I like most about this platform is its excellent integration with products, its AI-powered job offer writing feature which has been incredibly useful and its ability to efficiently handle multiposting.

Cons

The use of Computrabajo credits is sometimes limited for me and there are delays in removing posts made on LinkedIn which is worth mentioning.

Multiposting increases reach and saves time

Pros

The ability to post on multiple job portals at the same time is a time saver for me and significantly increases the reach of the job posting.

Cons

I noticed that candidate search function isn't always accurate with profiles. It could be better if it used less ambiguous terms.
