“CSM support beyond expectations”
Pros
Our CSM Rayna has been outstanding through the whole implementation and ongoing administration. She always made herself available at all hours, I've sat in 7am meetings and joined 9pm training calls, seemingly popping up whenever we emailed or called. In my role as an admin supporting multiple CSM relationships and systems, I've worked with a number of CSMs and without question Rayna, together with the Client Support team for this tool, is by far the best team I've found and continues to exceed expectations.
Cons
I find the interface pretty unfeasible, the flyout menus are hard to navigate, it's tricky to locate the options I need and the default views don't help much when I'm trying to get things done quickly.

it really acts like a partner throughout the whole journey. Running a franchise across more than 60 brands? Honestly, that's a logistical headache.
Cons
Once I dug deep and experienced the real brilliance this company offers, their products and services, I found myself wanting to move almost my entire technology stack over to them. My only gripe would be that I went in intending to purchase a simple chatbot and ended up adopting a whole new tech ecosystem. I've learned not every supplier measures up. If you're aiming to have a vendor function more like a true partner, it matters that they deliver not only an excellent solution today but also the organizational habits, the systems and routines, that let them listen, pivot and iterate their offerings as your requirements evolve. In my case, this tool is the sole provider in my stack capable of doing that. The team behind it genuinely believes innovation can originate anywhere and because of that mindset they sit at the forefront of new ideas and execution.

It really begins with both the product itself and the partnership behind it. I've been fortunate to use this platform at two separate companies and in both places it has exceeded my expectations. We deploy it mainly to automate administrative recruiting tasks, things like screening candidates, scheduling interviews, handling candidate Q&A and more, and it's given us a tangible edge in a highly competitive market. What stands out to me most is how the vendor makes each client feel like the top priority. We've collaborated with them on tailored capabilities, for example, building an algorithm to instantly customize our assistant personas by location. The amount of time our AI assistant saves our team is remarkable. We can engage candidates immediately outside of business hours which matters a great deal for our recruiting efforts. The assistant is able to screen candidates live and book interviews on the spot whenever we identify qualified drivers. This has transformed our process and helped us rethink recruiting across trucking and logistics. One piece of advice I'd offer, don't underestimate the value of true partnership when choosing technology like this. It's essential to pick a provider who knows the industry and will co-develop solutions that fit your needs. We've found exactly that level of collaboration, and much more, from the this tool team and I'm excited to keep innovating with them in our field together.

Our workforce is mainly made up of frontline, hourly service staff who tend to be between 16 and 35 years old. I value being able to reach applicants by text and in the communication styles they prefer and that alone is priceless but the extra efficiencies this platform brings compared with other text-based recruiting tools are considerable and eliminate a lot of the time drains that used to bog down our HR and operations folks. The scheduling feature automates so much of the back-and-forth when lining up phone calls and in-person interviews which I've found to be one of the largest time-savers for us, yet I don't feel like we're giving up quality in the hiring process because our AI is set up to reply to candidates in the tone and manner we want, helping us keep our company culture woven into every interaction. A surprising number of applicants don't even realize they're talking to an AI. On top of that, I get a lot of benefit from using Hiring Events, Campaigns and the Candidate Care functionality.
Cons
I recognize this product is still a developing technology and is definitely pushing the envelope in its field. Because of that, there are times when certain features we'd like just aren't ready yet as new capabilities are rolled out and I've had to wait for some useful additions to appear before we could fully rely on them.

As a corporate practitioner who owned the buying decision for a massive global quick-service restaurant, I picked this tool because the founder's passion, visionary thinking and sheer brilliance stood out to me. I honestly felt they could pull off things many would call impossible and deliver beyond what I had expected. After hearing more about their product roadmap, I felt energized and convinced this was exactly what we needed, not just to replace our clunky, outdated recruiting and onboarding tools but to leapfrog competitors with a real advantage. Within six months of our first conversation, a great prototype was up and running in about a hundred company-owned restaurants. Listening to hiring managers during that pilot quickly made it clear we were only scratching the surface of what could be done. Because of that feedback, we expanded the build to do much more than just send offers, we automated onboarding tasks like tax forms, pay card/direct deposit details, uniform sizing and WOTC processing. The excitement in the field and among franchisees was electric, demand ballooned so fast that hundreds of franchisees and thousands of restaurants ended up on a pilot waitlist. I never felt simply 'sold to' or micromanaged, sales understood TA and recruiting, the tech team understood TA and recruiting and their customer service was outstanding. In fact, their work made me curious about their wider offerings. It's no surprise they were recognized by Human Resource Executive as one of the Best HR Products of 2019 for their AI Recruiting Platform for Restaurant and Retail and they're praised by thousands of hiring managers for giving back hours each week, helping staff restaurants, reducing stress and cutting time-to-hire from weeks to just days.
Cons
Nothing that I disliked so much as a caution and an area for growth. As this company scales and matures to meet surging demand, they should remember that some very large, matrixed organizations aren't as comfortable with experimentation as they might claim, those clients often need the reassurance of a more traditional project management cadence. I wouldn't want them to lose the very qualities that make their product and client outcomes so powerful. The better approach is to meet clients where they are and gradually bring them along, aiming for your organizational DNA and culture to influence corporate HRIS and TA teams over time. Keep cultivating engagement, building great partnerships and coaching your internal champions on how to navigate the inevitable turbulence, share what you know works best around change management so those partners can adopt your solutions more smoothly.

I honestly can't picture our organization functioning the way it does now without this technology. Their conversational AI text assistant feels like a personable guide that walks candidates through job applications smoothly. The platform is very sophisticated and supports numerous conversational paths and branches. You have the option to tailor the questions so they capture the information that matters most to your company. We've also found the vendor flexible when it came to building a custom API connection to our Applicant Tracking System. After a candidate finishes chatting with the assistant, she records the applicant in our ATS, assigns them to the requisition the applicant selected and adjusts the applicant status based on the candidate's responses. It's impressive to see all of that happen automatically, seriously high-level functionality. I keep discovering new subtle ways it aligns our workflow.
Cons
There isn't a lot I can say I dislike about this product. Their frontline support team has been excellent and quick to respond when we've needed them. My main gripe is that complex requests sometimes take considerably longer to complete than I'd prefer. We've also run into lengthy build schedules for custom projects, where timelines stretched beyond the initial estimates provided when we kicked things off. In short, support is strong but big custom work can drag out.
