Cons

Using this tool along with the virtual recruiter, I've noticed a clear increase in the number of interviews I get, it has saved me an enormous amount of time and dramatically shortened the stretch between applying and receiving an offer.
Cons
It's a great software package overall. But if I could suggest one improvement, I'd love to see ready-made reports that show applicants received, interviews conducted and offers issued within a specific time frame

Implementation feels smooth and I notice support is prompt and easy to reach, while I also benefit from a dedicated Customer Success Manager who guides each rollout step and resolves most issues the same day, saving time and reducing candidate-recruiter back-and-forth.
Cons
I've found the platform incredibly useful overall. What concerns me is that recruiters can become overly dependent on the technology and risk losing the human element that genuine recruiting requires. The rollout has been a big learning curve for us and I genuinely think we've developed a lot since we started using it.

The setup process felt convenient and I received excellent initial and ongoing assistance from the representative while I valued tailored features that meet recruitment needs and a clear applicant engagement flow.
Cons
A high no-call, no-show rate has been a recurring issue for us and I've noticed the AI still doesn't handle every applicant question or response appropriately yet, additionally, some functions or stages feel redundant and could be aligned.

Overall performance is satisfying and I like that the AI works effectively while I can step in when needed, with flexible interview configurations and a manageable calendar supporting daily workflows.
Cons
What frustrates me is the lack of color coding between locations, so it's hard to tell at a glance which interview belongs to which office (it's partly why more of our offices aren't set up yet). Also, when I click a candidate from the calendar it launches a brand-new browser tab for each person and I find myself repeatedly closing tabs which isn't a dealbreaker but definitely irritating.

We raised this during the call and my primary frustration is that the tool doesn't handle testing before handing a fix off to our team. Because of that, we end up chasing the same items back and forth. If the tool actually ran and verified tests for each resolution before marking things as fixed, much of that extra communication could be eliminated.

In my experience, the platform's full value shines brightest when we're using its native products and systems instead of trying to hook everything up through an ATS or CRM. They do have a highly skilled integrations group that handles both standard and custom connections but from where I stand, organizations that leap from legacy HR tech into a tool-centered setup will see the biggest gains and transformation.

I think their team seems stretched thin. For example, when we launched, even minor website tweaks and edits were taking several weeks, despite our agreement specifying a 24-48 hour turnaround. Since I brought up the slow timelines, Grace has been incredibly responsive and things have noticeably improved. Overall, I'm really impressed by their customer support and the onboarding experience too.

Cons
I found that the tool performs best when users maintain healthy, organized calendars and unfortunately a notable segment of the people we intended to roll it out to didn't have that level of calendar hygiene for the tool to function at its best. Still, we worked closely with the vendor's team to learn and implement the changes needed to adapt successfully.

We wrapped up phase 1 of the rollout a couple months ago and are currently midway through phase 2. Candidates really engage with our careers-page chatbot, Riley and having her there has noticeably improved both the candidate experience and our team's efficiency. She answers common questions and helps people locate open roles that match their interests. Once phase 2 is live she'll also assist applicants through the actual application process. I also appreciate that our team can review every conversation and step in to take over a chat when needed. If you want someone who will really partner with you on this, ask for Troy, he's been an excellent business partner and takes accountability seriously.
Cons
Not a con but in some situations, this tool is still new to integrating with certain ATS platforms which can lead to hiccups during setup. Make sure you collaborate closely with your ATS integration team and request someone who has experience implementing this specific tool or a similar chatbot, because I think that kind of prior knowledge can make the process much smoother and less error-prone.

I'm a big fan of the platform's customer care chat feature and our team has really benefited from the self-scheduling capability as a useful upgrade.
Cons
