“reliable customer service
Pros
Having an app that employees can access is a real plus but the thing that genuinely stood out most by the end of the day was the customer service from the operations and payroll managers. Really appreciated that support!!
Cons
The interface could probably do with a bit of a UX refresh in terms of appearance although it's honestly not a major issue. What matters most is that it works properly and it does. It also doesn't sync directly with Xero yet even though you can download journal entries in the meantime. I'm definitely looking forward to the direct Xero integration whenever that arrives.
