Pros
One of its biggest advantages is the support team. For HRMS and payroll software, responsive and accurate support really matters and they have been consistently dependable in that area. Over more than a decade this software has continued to adapt to market shifts and the growth of our business which has helped it stay relevant and trustworthy. The system is easy to configure and manage and it comes with a strong range of features that can handle different business needs. It also connects well with other enterprise systems with stable integrations and detailed logs that make data transfers easier to monitor. All in all it's a reliable and well rounded HRMS and payroll platform.
Cons
At the moment some core reporting areas still need client side report development. Expanding reporting functions more broadly across the system would add flexibility and lessen the need for external development work.
