“system failure issues”
Pros
Well it is cool that you can change the language settings so employees who don't read or write in English can still understand everything. My account reps are great too.. but that's about it.
Cons
The system is pretty limited compared to other payroll software. Whether I am creating or using existing reports the reports just are not that great.

Pros
It's a one-stop shop for payroll and benefits. Everything is 100% paperless and employees can see their total benefits cost on their pay statements with YTD totals included.
Cons
It's not the easiest system to use but the results are worth it in the end.

Pros
We have individual contacts for each part of it and each of them is an expert in their area.
Cons
Sometimes there's a slow response to requests especially when it comes to the TLM module.

All of our payroll needs are met. The system is designed to handle our payroll and much more. The representatives are professional and always so helpful.
Cons
There's no negative to using it as our payroll solution. It's been really solid.

Pros
Generating reports and keeping track of time is very easy. It's so simple and efficient.
Cons
The allocation of hours does not always add up to 100%, which can be a bit off.

Pros
The customer service is hands down the best! I've worked with other vendors and platforms in the past, but none of them were as responsive as the it team.
Cons
Don't really dislike anything but like any platform there's always room for improvement. There are some minor quirks with setting up profiles, workflows etc but the team is always quick to help and find a solution.

“Easy Payroll Calculations”
Pros
Payroll calculation features are super easy to use. Their partnership with Kronos is a huge bonus. Also, the benefit administration features have great reporting capabilities and keep track of employee benefit selection history.
Cons
Using the software can be awkward. There are a lot of screens and sometimes it's hard to find exactly what I'm looking for.

Pros
I love working with my reps on both payroll and timekeeping. They are all easy to talk to, patient and respectful whenever we need help. They are always responsive and consistent.
Cons
It is limited in certain areas like not being able to get a report we need or having issues with timesheets due to the accrual settings limitations.
