This software works great for my team! The customer service is second to none, I always reach real people who walk me step by step through any difficult processes.

There's not much wrong with the system in my case, though some processes feel a bit repetitive to me.

What I like most about Payroll Insights is its multifunctional approach to payroll management, organizing extensive information in one location including payroll slips, reports, tax sheets, loan applications and attendance records that benefit our entire organization.

Cons

I wouldn't say there's anything specific to dislike but the software could definitely use an update.

Particularly this product has increased my HR department's productivity. We can now generate many forms that our previous payroll company was unable to provide for us.

I had some issues handling different pay rates for staff and hourly employees when it came to reporting and tracking.
